Help
If you are having problems with taskTome, or you just want to find out more about the program, please browse the following resources:
1. Release Notes
The first step for getting help with taskTome is to read the release notes documentation. These documents can help with the installation of taskTome and include additional information that may be of assistance.
2. Known Issues and Wish List
The second step for getting help with taskTome is to check that the problem you are experiencing has not already been reported. Most of the major known and reported issues are listed on the Known Issues and Wish List page, and they will be fixed in future versions where possible.
3. Update To The Latest Version
If you are still having problems, please visit the download page and check you are running the latest version. The problem you may be experiencing may have already been fixed in a newer version. You can view a list of all changes in each version below.
4. Report An Issue or Send Feedback
If you are still having problems you cannot resolve, then you should contact the author of taskTome for assistance. If the problem you are experiencing is a bug, crash or feature request, then you can use the following resources to obtain help:
- Check Existing Issues
You should check to see if the bug or feature has already been reported. The bug tracker contains more information than the Known Issues and Wish List, so it may be listed here. You can browse for bugs manually or search using keywords.
- Add New Bug
If you can not find your bug or feature listed, then you can add it as a new bug. You should fill in as much of the form as possible, and make sure that your email address is correct, as this will be used to contact you.
If you need assistance in using taskTome or have a more general query, then you can use the Send Feedback form located on the page below. This page can also be used to report bugs and crashes if you are unable to use the bug tracking system above.
